Refund & Cancellation Koloni is a service oriented business and due to the nature of our business, we do not entertain any refund or cancellation for any of our services once rental has commenced. Our effort is to try and offer you the best possible service in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Policy to follow:-We provide ‘on the spot booking’ facility, which means the user can’t reserve a Koloni product in advance – they need to book at the moment they plan to use the product.The operator will wait for 15 minutes until the rental is commenced – If the payment is not done in the given time-frame, the operator will release the allotted smart locker, bike, or scooter.Rider may terminate Rider’s rental plan at any time; however, no refund will be provided by Operator for the time already used by the rider.In-case you are canceling the service, we strongly recommend that you let us know immediately after canceling directly with the operator.We strive to reach our goals and connect with the customers in straight-forward and cost-effective way.
